Bakery Pricing Studio Home tab with the recipe shelf, the price of each recipe per box and the settings entered once: hourly rate, payment fees and target margin
Home tab of the Demo: your recipe shelf and the settings you enter once. All examples are fictional.

What it does

  • Price per box or per piece. Enter one full recipe and the sheet splits its cost into the boxes you sell, for example 24 cookies, 6 per box = 4 boxes.
  • Every cost counted: ingredients, active work time at your hourly rate, packaging per box and other costs you enter.
  • Payment fees included: one percentage fee plus one fixed fee per order, using the rates you enter.
  • Three numbers to compare: the minimum that covers costs and fees, a price for your target margin, and what is left at the price you choose.
  • Order quotes: pick a saved recipe and the number of boxes to see the customer total, fees and what is left. Change the price, add an extra cost or use a different margin for that order only.
  • Ingredient prices in one place: update a purchase cost once and every linked recipe card updates.
  • Unit conversion: weight converts between g, kg, oz and lb, volume between mL, L and US fl oz, and items count as "each".
  • Guided input: yellow cells for your numbers and status messages that tell you what to fix.

What you receive

  • A 2-page PDF guide with links to two Google Sheets templates.
  • Demo: fictional cookie and brownie examples to learn the workflow.
  • Start Fresh: a blank workspace for your own costs and recipes.
  • A built-in Help tab.

Capacity: 100 ingredients, 20 recipe cards and 15 ingredient lines per recipe.

Before you buy

  • Requires a free Google account and Google Sheets on a desktop or laptop. It is not designed for phones or tablets.
  • Google Sheets only: there is no Excel version. The template and the guide are in English.
  • Use one currency throughout; the currency label does not convert money.
  • Each quote uses one recipe. There is no order history, inventory tracking, invoicing or production planning. For orders, see Bakery Order Tracker.
  • Cups, spoons and weight-to-volume conversions are not supported, because ingredient density varies.
  • Costs assume the whole recipe batch is used or sold. Add your own allowance for waste and overhead.
  • Results are before tax and depend on the numbers you enter. A calculated price is a guide; it does not guarantee sales or profit.
